Shipping Info: I typically ship within 24 hours of payment. Records, CDs, cassettes, T-shirts, etc., are all carefully packed -- the way that I would want to receive them -- using strong corrugated record mailers, corrugated "filler pads," bubble mailers, bubble-wrap, etc. While I typically utilize all-new supplies from vendors like and Bags Unlimited, I am not against recycling like-new supplies when they are on hand.
Return Policy: All releases are guaranteed against defect and will be replaced if playback is affected by faulty manufacturing. Please use the contact form to report a defective product and to request a replacement. I reserve the right to request the return of the item in question. This policy does not cover damage caused from shipping, or issues such as cracked jewel boxes. Shipping insurance is available at an additional cost, upon request.
